Suite201

Support

Help with Suite201 — for the brokerages and staff who use it.

Effective August 31, 2026

Suite201 is a private, staff-only platform. Accounts are created by an administrator at your brokerage — there is no public sign-up, and downloading the app does not create an account. If you do not have one yet, your brokerage administrator is the fastest route.

Get help

Email support@suite201hq.com. We answer within one business day. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and if it is about a specific client record or document, include the name or address so we can find it.

Common questions

I cannot sign in

Use Continue with email and the address your brokerage set up for you. If you normally use Google, use Continue with Google with the same work account. If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen — the reset link lasts 60 minutes. If your account uses two-step verification and you have lost your phone, one of your ten backup codes will get you in.

I need an account, or someone has left

Both are done by an administrator at your brokerage in Settings → Users. Deactivating someone there ends their access immediately, including on a device they are already signed in on.

Notifications are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Suite201 in your device settings, then in the app under Settings → Notifications confirm the type you expect is switched on. If you are signed in on a desktop at the same time, some notifications deliberately wait to see whether you read them there first.

Something looks wrong on my phone

Force-quit the app and reopen it — that picks up the latest version, because the app loads its screens from the server. If it persists, email us with a screenshot.

Deleting your account

Accounts belong to the brokerage that created them, and they usually hold business records that the brokerage is required to keep. To have your account closed and your personal profile removed, ask your brokerage administrator, or email privacy@suite201hq.com from the address on the account.

We will confirm the request with your brokerage and action it within 30 days. Records the brokerage must retain by law — transaction files and signed documents, for example — are kept in the brokerage's account rather than yours, and the Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.

Reporting a security problem

Email support@suite201hq.com with "security" in the subject. Please do not post it publicly first — tell us and we will get back to you the same day.

Status and known issues

If the service is disrupted we will say so by email to brokerage administrators. There is no public status page today.
